Britain’s most popular singer has managed to lose weight with the help of her new diet. Sources close to Adele claim that in the last few months she lost 30 pounds thanks to ‘’The Sirtfood Diet’’ which came out in Britain not long ago.
Pete Geracimo is Adele’s personal trainer and he supports this eating regime. One research affirmed that it can be of great help when it comes to regulating the metabolism.
Aidan Goggins and Glen Matten are certified nutritionists and health consultants, who created this effective and healthy diet at the same time. Their diet is focused on consuming foods rich in sirtuin activators. Sirtuins are a type of protein which protects the cells in our bodies from dying or becoming inflamed through illness. Research has also proved that they can help normalize your metabolism and increase muscle and burn fat. Foods rich in this protein are: kale, olive oil, dark chocolate, green tea, red wine, apples, red onions, parsley, onion, blueberries and so on.
