Because of her working engagements, she is constantly on the move and often stays in hotels, for Shayk it was important to find exercises that can be practiced in a hotel room with no equipment.
Justin Gelband, Irina’s coach, created a series of exercises that you only need a towel. Of each exercise, do 15-20 repetitions. In exercises 3, 4, 6 and 7 do 15-20 repetitions first one side and then do the same on the other.
