- Day Six: Soup, beef (or boiled fish), and green leafy vegetables.
- Day Seven: Cabbage soup, some vegetables, unlimited fruit juice (avoid sugar), and brown rice.
When you finish your diet, you should wait for at least two weeks before you start it again.
